It’s been a month of celebrations in Jacqui Hurley’s household, and this week her son made his confirmation.
The sports presenter shares two children, Luke and Lily, with her husband Shane and earlier this month, little Lily celebrated her communion.
But now it was time for the family to gather for Luke’s special day with his school mass in the morning, followed by dinner in the Herbert Park Hotel.
With the sun shining, it was the perfect day for bright summer clothes, and Jacqui looked fab in a bright and bold outfit, fitting in perfectly with the season’s fine weather.
She opted for a sleeveless V-neck top in vibrant orange and pink, and she styled it with high-waisted, wide-leg trousers as well as a light coloured belt.
For her accessories, Jacqui went for pink statement earrings to match the outfit and a delicate necklace to finish the look.
Jacqui even managed a little family coordination, with her daughter Lily wearing a dress with a pretty pink floral pattern throughout it.
As for the boys, Luke looked smart in his grey trousers and green tie, and dad Shane coordinated with him in a green shirt.
Posting an array of shots on her social media, the RTÉ presenter wrote, ‘Confirmation season, featuring Lukey Mac.’
The event comes just a few weeks after Jacqui’s daughter made her communion in the same church.
Lily’s communion cake looked to die for, decorated with white icing, bore the name ‘Lily’ in gold lettering, and featured pretty pink, white, and gold frosting on the top, along with some pink and gold macarons.
With both children in their element for their special day, mum and dad looked ever so proud of both of them as they reached these important milestones.
