by Lauren Walsh / 2 months ago

Vogue Williams has revealed that she has finally had to give up doing the thing that she loves at this stage of her pregnancy, despite holding out hope until now.

The Howth woman confessed that she has had to give up running, as she gets ready to welcome her fourth baby into the world, alongside her husband, Spencer Matthews.

Vogue is very vocal about her love of exercise, but the personality has found that her jogging routine has proved too tough during her pregnancy and has resorted to fast walking instead.

‘I went out for a little run-walk today, and even Bertie (her family dog) was like, “What the f**k is going on?” He kept coming back, being like, ” What’s happening here?”‘

Joanne hilariously compared the decision to a Sex And The City episode, telling Vogue it’s ‘very Charlotte York coded.’

The soon-to-be mum-of-four recently opened up about her need to keep fit, telling the Irish Independent that it keeps her anxiety at bay.

‘It keeps me tip-top and helps with anxiety. I’ve stopped running for now, but I still walk a lot and do weights. You do get funny looks when you’re pregnant – but it’s important to keep moving,’ she told the outlet.

‘Put it into your schedule like a meeting. After a few weeks, it becomes a habit, and you actually start to enjoy it. It’s something I really look forward to.’
