Jacqui Hurley celebrated her daughter’s communion over the weekend, and the whole family were decked out in their best attire for the occasion.
Luckily, the unpredictable Irish weather held up for Lily’s big day, and thank goodness it did, because she was wearing the most fabulous little cap-sleeved communion dress.
Lily, seven, who is her mum Jacqui’s mini-me, and followers couldn’t help point it out, gushing ‘Lily is so like you’ and ‘Lily cannot deny who her mother is’ in the comments.
She looked adorable in her dress, which had a round neckline and a layered skirt with a sheer top layer and a sweet bow.

Lily wore white tights and matching white shoes, completing the outfit with a delicate headband that introduced just the right amount of sparkle.
Though it’s May, there was a little nip in the air, and when Lily got a little too cold for comfort, her chivalrous Daddy, Shane, slipped off his suit jacket for his little girl to wear. Aw!
And of course, Jacqui had to match her daughter’s glam, and so opted to dust off a purple number she’s had in her wardrobe for the past couple of years.

The broadcaster previously wore the purple midi, with an elegant, textured design, at former President Michael D. Higgins’ Garden Party at the Áras in June 2023.
It boasts long, semi-sheer sleeves that show the lace pattern, and a high, fitted bodice. The skirt falls to a mid-calf length and has the same lace texture.
Jacqui, her husband, Shane, and son, Luke, celebrated Lily’s big day with close friends and family.
Lily’s communion cake looked to die for. It was decorated with white icing, bore the name ‘Lily’ in gold lettering, and featured pretty pink, white, and gold frosting on the top, along with some pink and gold macarons.
