Parents are being warned about a safety issue with a batch of hugely popular Yoto players that were sold in Ireland. 

Approximately 1,100 Yoto Limited Yoto Player 2nd Generation have been affected by the notice.

What is the issue with some Yoto Players v2?

According to the CCPPC, the issue lies with the plug adapter for the Yoto Player v2, which has the potential to break whilst plugged into the socket.

This poses an electrical hazard as it may expose live electrical parts which could cause an electric shock.

What should I do if I own one of the affected products?
