Bonnie Ryan is currently enjoying her first holiday with her newborn daughter, and she shared a hack that will come in very handy for new parents.

Holidaying with a baby can be daunting; they need so much stuff and is a holiday even a holiday when you have a small baby to care for? They say that parents need another break after a holiday with kids, so surely a holiday with a baby is even more intense?

At least children are that bit more independent, so they can do some things for themselves and entertain themselves for the most part. They may even be happy to go to the kids’ club and give you a few hours’ peace.

Bonnie Ryan shared a hack for travelling with babies that will help make things a lot more relaxing for new parents. Sharing a snap of little Winnie, who was born earlier this year, relaxing on their trip, Bonnie said that she had brought a bath seat to use as a lounger for Winnie and it had been ‘handy’.

‘We can sit on the balcony with her or even put it under an umbrella on a lounger with me,’ Bonnie said, adding that it has been ‘handy so far’.

She picked hers up on Amazon for €19.99, and said that she likes it because it can ‘fold up small and flat ‘, but we are sure there are plenty of other places you can pick up similar ones too.

She added that although the seat is handy, you should always keep an eye on your little one while they are using it to ensure that they don’t roll or fall out.

Bonnie has been enjoying ‘making memories’ with her daughter, and we are sure that the milestone is even sweeter after the years of infertility Bonnie went through.

The mum previously opened up about her fertility journey during an episode of the podcast she presents with her sister, Lottie.

She said that all she wanted was a baby and had decided to finally speak about her experience, and how it’s not always the straightforward path people assume – telling followers that she couldn’t ‘get pregnant [herself]’.

The influencer later discussed the hurtful comments she received while she was trying to conceive, urging people to think twice before discussing whether or not someone is going to have children.

Bonnie and husband John are childhood sweethearts and tied the knot with a stunning celebration in Italy in 2022. They currently live in New York and regularly fly over and back to Dublin, where their families live.
