Congratulations are in order for Lisa Dwan and her husband, Paul Henninger, after the newlyweds tied the knot in a chic central London ceremony surrounded by their well-known friends.
The MobLand actress gave EveryMum a glimpse into their special day, which saw famous faces like Geri Halliwell, Clodagh McKenna, Laura Whitmore, Imelda May, and Bill Nighy in attendance.
The proud mum revealed she opted for her daughter Luna and step-daughter Lola to be the only people in the wedding party, as the girls were her flower girl and bridesmaid respectively.
While both daughters were supposed to be Lisa’s ‘something blue’ as they walked down the aisle at Fitzrovia Chapel, four-year-old Luna had other ideas.

The little one, whom Lisa and Paul welcomed on 23 August 2021, decided she wanted to wear a white dress on the special day. Luna decided to write a letter to her mum and dad to convince them to allow her to wear the gown.
‘Well, actually, Luna was meant to wear blue too, but she insisted she was wearing white,’ the 48-year-old laughed.
‘She put together an amazing campaign that included putting in wedding brochures as she described them, written by herself, with heavy suggestions that she should be wearing white at the front door.’
‘So we wrote back to her (on behalf of) the wedding party to say that we admired her efforts and her relentlessness and her persistence very much, and so we gave her permission to wear whatever colour she wanted,’ Lisa recalled.
The funnywoman was on a roll on the wedding day, too, standing up at the celebration to tell a joke to the crowd. ‘She had everyone in stitches,’ Lisa recalled.
Meanwhile, her older sister, Lola, Paul’s daughter from a previous relationship, gave a touching speech to the happy couple.
The pair held their reception at the celebrity hotspot, The Devonshire pub, loved by Irish stars like Ryan Tubridy, as well as Hollywood names like Margot Robbie.
Lisa gushed over her wedding day, saying it was like ‘a fairytale.’ She also revealed that the couple decided to turn their honeymoon into a family affair, bringing Luna along. ‘We couldn’t leave her out,’ Lisa explained.
‘We just went to the farmhouse in Oxfordshire. It was so lovely,’ she said, adding that she ‘kept adding on’ to her stay as they were enjoying it so much.
