Kilkenny’s Richie Reid and his wife, Sabrina, have announced the birth of their first child together, an adorable baby girl.
Richie, who plays hurling for Kilkenny alongside his brother TJ, shared the happy news on his social media with some sweet photos.
Revealing that they had welcomed a girl, the couple gave followers a little glimpse of her and revealed her name.

All snuggled up with her dad in one of her first photos, Richie, looking completely in love, cuddled his daughter as she slept.
Posting a few pictures online, he wrote, ‘Pippa Mollie Reid 11.05.26. We didn’t realise what we were missing until we met you,’ followed by a red love heart.
Within moments, family and fans congratulated the hurler and his wife on their news, with many saying how they loved the name.
Walking with pride, Richie also posted a shot of himself and his daughter making their way out of the hospital, brining Pippa home for the first time.
Settling in at home, Pippa lay fast asleep in her basinette, with a special baloon hanging in the air with her name on it!
